The goal of the formation of the CTPA is to reach out to other players, our local charities, and most importantly to our communities. Our aim is to rid our sport of negative imagery and stereotypes. We will accomplish this through positive thought, positive action, and positive play. It is through that positive process that we will make our world that much better.
We will be opening a general charity fund and making several contributions yearly to the following organizations
Methodist Mission Home - San Antonio
Texas Childrens Hospital - Houston
Cystic Fybrosis Foundation
Autism Foundation
Teams interested in joining the CTPA should contact Erik "High-Speed" Johnson.
We have several events planned for the upcoming '09 season such as fundraisers, banquet dinners, marathons, and other community pro-active events.
CTPA was about something small in the beginning. However we have the capability to do great things with this organization thanks to the help of our sponsors and our local communities.
Together we the players and the fields we call home can detach the negative stigma's and stereotypes that are typically associated with MIL-SIM and paintball. We will show our peers that quality people play paintball and call the CTPA home.
